GWB’s Drug and Medical Device Team is composed of experienced trial lawyers with well over a half-century of combined experience. National Counsel and Trial Counsel
Team attorneys have served in the past and now serve as national counsel for clients involved in mass tort litigation and can apply that experience and expertise to other mass tort litigation involving many jurisdictions. Team attorneys have represented clients in more than 20 MDLs including serving a lead counsel in the first case multi-districted in the state of South Carolina.
