Associate Attorney - Litigation
Locations: Charleston, SC, Columbia, SC and Greenville, SC

  • Openings to join our litigation practice in each of our South Carolina offices
  • Two to five years of litigation experience and current membership with the South Carolina Bar preferred
  • Immediate opportunity for case handling responsibility and direct interaction with clients
  • Must be motivated, highly organized, and have the ability manage a caseload as the lead attorney
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills

Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation
Location: Greenville, SC

  • Focus on complex business disputes, securities litigation, and investment conflicts
  • Represent closely held businesses, private equity firms, investment funds and individuals in sophisticated financial and business disputes
  • Hands-on involvement in all phases of litigation, with an emphasis on complex motion practice in federal and state courts
  • Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills, strong attention to detail

Associate Attorney - Construction Litigation
Location: Greenville, SC                                                    

  • Focus on construction law and real estate development disputes
  • Represent developers, contractors, design professionals, and other industry participants
  • Meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and hands-on involvement in all phases of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, hearings, trials, and arbitrations

Contract Attorney - Torts & Insurance
Location: Greenville, SC                                                    

  • Part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time; remote or hybrid work considered
  • At least 3 years of litigation experience and current membership with the South Carolina Bar preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, experience in legal analysis, drafting discovery, and client reporting
  • Experience in personal injury or property damage litigation preferred
