Biography

C. William McGee serves as chief executive officer and partner in the firm’s Greenville, South Carolina, office. His primary areas of practice include business and commercial litigation, products liability, toxic and mass torts, drug and medical devices, trucking litigation, and professional negligence litigation. For more than three decades, Billy has defended a variety of business disputes, mass tort, catastrophic injury claims, and professional negligence matters in both federal and state courts.

As an accomplished litigator and an integral member of the firm’s complex litigation practice, he often represents clients in the following industries:

As CEO, Billy is responsible for the firm’s executive leadership. He consults with the firm’s attorneys and provides strategic oversight and direction firmwide. He strives to ensure that every client is receiving exceptional, quality service.
