Biography
Charles O. “Bo” Williams is a partner in the firm’s Greenville, South Carolina office. Bo has a wealth of trial experience in multiple aspects of civil litigation, especially litigation involving personal injury defense. Bo has litigated cases involving premises liability, products liability, construction defects, and both individual and commercial transportation. Cases involving the retail and hospitality industry are especially interesting to Bo, and he enjoys focusing a portion of his practice and professional volunteer time on that industry. Bo values preparation and responsiveness to clients and opposing counsel alike and is known for his well-prepared, conscientious, and effective advocacy.
Prior to entering private practice, Bo learned the ins and outs of trial practice while serving as a law clerk to the Honorable L. Henry McKellar, Circuit Court Judge, Fifth Judicial Circuit.
When Bo isn’t litigating on behalf of his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports and playing golf
