Daniel P. Boucher

Biography

Daniel Boucher is an attorney in the firm’s Greenville, South Carolina office where his practice focuses on business and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Gallivan, White & Boyd, Daniel gained invaluable experience as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Jessica A. Salvini of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of South Carolina.

Daniel graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Virginia Tech, then worked as a legal assistant prior to attending law school. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law, ranking among the top ten percent of his graduating class. During law school, Daniel served as a law clerk for the South Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee and expanded his legal capabilities at an established Southeast regional law firm with a concentration on various practice matters including healthcare, corporate, and intellectual property.

When not in the office, Daniel enjoys rock climbing, woodworking and restoration projects and is a devoted fan of the Boston Red Sox.
