Biography
Nichole Bailey is an attorney in the firm’s Charlotte, North Carolina office where her practice focuses on workers’ compensation. She is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina and West Virginia.
Prior to joining Gallivan, White & Boyd, Nichole handled various matters involving personal injury, motor vehicle accident claims and workers’ compensation with both plaintiff and defense firms. This dual-perspective experience gives her a unique advantage, allowing her to anticipate challenges, craft effective legal strategies, and advocate successfully on behalf of her clients.
Nichole received her bachelor’s degree in sociology and graduated cum laude from Concord University. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Appalachian School of Law in 2024. While in law school, Nichole completed an externship at the prosecutor’s office in Mercer County and worked as a legal assistant before joining full-time as an associate at a law firm serving clients across West Virginia and Southwest Virginia.

When not in the office, Nichole enjoys exploring parks with her husband and their dog, watching movies and visiting the beach whenever she has the chance.
