Lindsay A. Joyner Accepts Nomination as Fellow of American Bar Foundation

[Columbia, S.C. – May 8, 2026] Gallivan White Boyd (GWB) is pleased to announce that Lindsay A. Joyner has accepted an invitation to become a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF). Fellows membership is by invitation only and limited to 1% of licensed attorneys.

Joyner is a partner in the firm’s Charleston and Columbia, South Carolina offices where she focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation, lender liability, professional negligence and high net-worth trusts and estates litigation and has presented matters in these practice areas before both state and federal courts.

The ABF was founded in 1952 by the American Bar Association (ABA) and is a nonprofit, independent research institute. ABF Fellows are a global honorary society of attorneys, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession.

Among her professional affiliations, Joyner is a member of the South Carolina Bar, Charleston County Bar Association, IR Global, International Association of Defense Counsel, ABA, James L. Petigru Inn of Court, South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association and South Carolina Women Lawyers Association.
