Billy McGee serves as the CEO and partner in the firm’s Greenville, South Carolina office. With over 30 years of experience, his practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, products liability, toxic and mass torts, drug and medical device litigation, trucking, and professional negligence. Billy has defended a wide range of cases, including business disputes, catastrophic injury claims, and mass torts in both state and federal courts. As an accomplished litigator, Billy balances his legal practice with his leadership role as CEO.
