Biography
Victoria “Tori” Schneider is an associate in the firm’s Greenville office with a primary focus on business and commercial litigation, a practice area further enhanced by a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree she earned from Elon University Martha and Spencer Love School of Business.
Tori received a B.A. in Political Science with a double minor in Business Administration and Nonprofit Leadership from Clemson University. A Dean Scholarship recipient and a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, she earned her Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina. While in law school, she worked in private practice as a law clerk and began her career as an associate at the same firm, representing clients in family law matters and gaining experience with high conflict negotiations.
Outside the office, Tori serves as a board member for YouthBASE, a non-profit whose mission is to equip children in K5 through 2nd grades with targeted support and skills so they may succeed at school, at home and in the community.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.
