Biography
Stephanie G. Besselievre is an attorney in the Greenville, South Carolina office, focusing her practice on business and commercial litigation. She represents clients in a variety of disputes, handling case assessment, strategy development, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. Her work includes courtroom advocacy, supervision of discovery, and advising clients and counsel on strategic case management and resolution.
Stephanie has experience in preparation of contracts, leases, and other agreements. She has also worked directly with clients, opposing counsel, and federal agencies on complex matters. She assists in guiding clients through mediations, depositions, and trial preparation, ensuring cases are positioned for effective resolution.
Before practicing law, Stephanie managed multiple offices in the commercial rental sector, overseeing operations, compliance, financial performance, and client relationships. This leadership role strengthened her ability to understand the business and regulatory considerations that often arise in litigation.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with her husband and son.
