Biography
Michaela N. Weaver is an associate in the firm’s Greenville office, where she represents clients in complex insurance matters. She draws on her background in high-stakes litigation and a judicial clerkship that offered direct insight into how courts evaluate arguments and reach decisions. Her work often involves analyzing detailed commercial, financial, and evidentiary records to address coverage and liability issues.
In addition to her litigation experience, Michaela advises clients through mediation and settlement negotiations, using her trial skills to anticipate challenges and develop effective strategies. She is committed to helping clients resolve insurance disputes efficiently and with confidence.
