Jordan A. Stomean

Biography

Jordan A. Stomean is an associate in the firm’s Charlotte, NC office, where she focuses her practice on workers’ compensation defense.

Having served in both the claimant and defense roles prior to joining the firm, Jordan has a balanced understanding of the workers’ compensation system. Jordan brings extensive experience navigating all stages of claims, from initial intake to final hearing or settlement. She places a strong focus on client advocacy, strategic negotiation, and effective case resolution.

Over the course of her practice, she has led workers’ compensation departments, advised clients in complex cases involving denied claims, permanent disability, and death benefits. Her experience includes handling lien resolution, negotiating with Medicare and Medicaid, and coordinating with medical providers, nurse case managers, and insurance carriers to deliver comprehensive support to her clients.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time traveling, reading, cheering on App State Mountaineers and the Kansas City Chiefs, and spending time with her family and friends.
