Biography

Caitlin Turner is a litigation attorney in the firm’s Charleston, South Carolina office, where she represents clients in civil matters at both the state and federal levels. Her practice includes construction law, insurance coverage disputes,  premises liability, commercial litigation, and general negligence matters. Caitlin approaches each case with a strategic, detail‑oriented mindset and is committed to guiding clients efficiently through all phases of litigation, from early case evaluation through resolution.

Caitlin earned her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. During law school, she gained hands‑on litigation experience through clerkships in private practice, extensive pro bono service, and participation in Charleston Pro Bono’s Housing Clinic.

Outside of her practice, Caitlin enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs.
