Biography

AnneElizabeth G. Price is an associate attorney in the Greenville, South Carolina office. She focuses her practice on trust and estate planning and real estate law, applying skills gained from her years of practice in litigation. She has participated in mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations, and regularly supports case strategy through legal research, drafting, discovery, and zealous client advocacy.

Earlier in her career, she worked with several Georgia firms, where she gained experience in family law, civil litigation, and land use matters. AnneElizabeth has represented clients in a wide range of matters, including divorce, adoption, legitimation, and modification proceedings, as well as civil litigation, city–developer land transactions, and eminent domain cases. Her practice has included guiding clients through complex family law issues, from settlement negotiations to hearings and mediations, as well as representing children and parents in contested juvenile court proceedings.  She previously served in the Juvenile Courts of Georgia, in which she was appointed as a Guardian ad Litem, Child Advocate Attorney, or Parent Attorney in both private dependency matters and cases involving the Department of Family and Child Services. She is a Georgia Certified Child Welfare Law Specialist.

In her free time, AnneElizabeth is an active member of Grace Church, and enjoys spending time with her husband and extended family, hiking in the mountains, camping, traveling, and finding new coffee shops around Greenville.
