Biography
Lee H. Nanney is a litigation attorney practicing in the firm’s Greenville, South Carolina office. His practice includes all aspects of civil litigation at both the state and federal level. Lee has handled matters dealing with litigation concerning construction defects, construction product litigation and design professional litigation. Lee is a Registered Patent Agent.
Lee received his undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering from North Carolina State University and earned his juris doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2020. Prior to entering private practice, Lee was involved in enforcing the Intellectual Property rights of a popular video game creator. During his first year at UNC Law, Lee externed for the Office of Research Commercialization at North Carolina State University where he was responsible for reviewing and drafting licensing agreements and performing prior art searches for various technologies developed by the University.
