Frank K. Staiano is a partner in the Charleston, South Carolina, office. Before moving to the Charleston area in 2014, Frank served as an assistant vice president at a multinational insurance carrier in the northeast, where he managed various types of professional liability claims – focusing on claims against design professionals. He also practiced law in the New York metropolitan area, where he primarily defended clients in medical malpractice and premises liability lawsuits. Frank’s current areas of practice include construction litigation, professional liability, insurance coverage and premises liability.
He provides legal counsel and representation to an array of individuals, professionals and companies, including general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, real estate professionals, property managers, homeowners associations, property preservation companies, home appraisers, home inspectors and insurance carriers. Frank’s nearly two decades of experience in both the insurance and insurance defense industry have given him a unique perspective and breadth of knowledge, which have proven invaluable in representing the interests of his clients.
