Biography
Caroline Barrineau is an attorney in the Charlotte, North Carolina, office concentrating her practice on business and commercial litigation, commercial transportation law, product liability law, torts and insurance law and a broad range of complex litigation. Caroline has experience handling commercial and contract disputes, catastrophic personal injury cases, and significant Carmack Amendment or cargo loss claims as well as product liability and tort cases. Caroline regularly coordinates motor carrier accident investigations and emergency response to accident scenes.
Caroline is a graduate of the University of North Carolina (UNC) School of Law where she was managing editor of the First Amendment Law Review and a member of the Holderness Moot Court. Prior to receiving her Juris Doctor from UNC, Caroline attended the University of Georgia and earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology cum laude.
