Biography
Blakely M. Bellamy is a partner in the firm’s Charleston, South Carolina, office. She focuses her practice on workers’ compensation defense claims for employers, insurance carriers, self-insured corporations, third-party administrators and claims servicing agencies. She is experienced in handling claims at all stages of the litigation process, from initial evaluation through appeal. Additionally, Blakely has developed a diverse set of skills that allow her to effectively represent clients in the following industries:
