Practice Areas
Background
Powers' practice focuses in the areas of Creditors' rights and design and construction. In law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Bar and on the staff of the Journal of International Law and Business. He earned degrees in History and Political Science, cum laude, from Clemson University's Calhoun Honors College. Prior to law school, he worked in the construction industry for three years.
