"I have always had a competitive spirit and knew I wanted to be a lawyer since I was in high school. That drive pushed me ahead to complete my undergraduate degree in three years so I could get down to the business of law." - Stephanie Flynn
Stephanie devotes 100% of her practice to litigation, with a primary focus in the areas of products liability and toxic and mass torts litigation in both federal and state courts. She is on the firm's Products Liability, Toxic and Mass Torts, Transportation, and Tort and Personal Injury practice teams. Her products liability practice has included a wide range of products, including pharmaceuticals, latex products, recreational products, and automotive products. Stephanie also has substantial experience in toxic and mass tort litigation, having been heavily involved in asbestos litigation on behalf of both product manufacturers and insulation subcontractors and defending cases involving exposure to chlorine gas, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, alumina oxide and toxic molds.
Stephanie was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of Charleston in 1996, graduating in three years. She joined the South Carolina Bar in 1999, after earning her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school, Stephanie served as the Senior Articles Editor for the ABA's Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal.
Stephanie is now serving as the Recruiting Coordinator for Gallivan, White & Boyd. She is active locally with the United Way of Greenville County, serving as a member of the Young Philanthropist Council.
