Background
Stephanie Flynn is a life-long resident of South Carolina, having been born and raised in Charleston. She is a cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Wig and Robe. She was Senior Articles Editor for the Real Property, Probate & Trust Journal, and her article, "Duty to Mitigate Damages Upon a Tenant's Abandonment," appeared in that publication. Flynn enjoys traveling throughout the world and believes the perspectives she has gained during her travels help her to understand all sides of an argument and make her a skilled advocate for her clients. She is also active in the community, serving on the Young Philanthropist Council for the United Way of Greenville County.
