Practice Areas
Background
Ron Tate is inspired by the confidence his clients entrust in him. The Greenville native focuses his practice on business and commercial law, including design and construction matters. He also has significant appellate experience before the South Carolina Court of Appeals. In addition to his litigation practice, Tate has volunteered extensively in the Greenville community and is a graduate of Leadership South Carolina and Leadership Greenville. He is a member of the Greenville County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar, the Defense Research Institute, and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys' Association. He serves as ethics counsel to the firm and has served on the South Carolina Bar's Ethics Advisory Committee. He has also spoken to Bar groups regarding legal ethics and professional responsibility.
