Scope of Legal Experience
Robert Green is an associate in
GWBís Greenville, South Carolina, office. His practice is largely focused on trucking
and railroad litigation as well as products liability matters.
Prior to joining GWB, Rob served in
the United States Air Force, Judge Advocate General Corps. During that time he gained a broad range of
litigation and transactional experience, which included litigating a number of
cases to verdict in both military and federal court.
A significant portion of Robís
practice is geared toward the transportation practice area. Specifically, he litigates matters for major
companies in the railroad and trucking industry. Rob is often called upon to handle matters
for trucking companies when accidents occur.
He also has defended railroad clients in cases ranging from
multi-million dollar accident litigation to real property disputes to National
Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) investigations.
Rob recognizes that knowledge of a companyís
business operations can be just an important as knowing the law. Rob works
closely with clients to learn the inner-workings of their businesses, which
helps to clearly understand the expectations the clients have for the matters
at hand. He believes that this type of
effort produces extremely satisfied clients.
