GALLIVAN, WHITE & BOYD, P.A. HIRES CHARLOTTE, NC BASED ATTORNEY Charlotte, NC - Gallivan, White and Boyd, P.A. is pleased to announce that J. Jared Simms has joined the firm as an Associate. Simms' practice is located at the firm's newly opened Charlotte, North Carolina office. Prior to attending law school at UNC Chapel Hill, Simms lived in France for two years doing missionary work. Upon his return, he attended Queens University of Charlotte and graduated summa cum laude with a BA in History, French and Political Science. During law school at UNC Chapel Hill, he was Vice President of the Federalist Society and a member of the mock trial team and community development clinic. Simms' practice, which began in 2006, focuses on the defense of workers' compensation claims throughout the state of North Carolina.
