NFJE ELECTS LOCAL ATTORNEY TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Greenville, SC - The law firm of Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. announced the election of H. Mills Gallivan to the Board of the National Foundation for Judicial Excellence (NFJE).
The National Foundation for Judicial Excellence supports a strong, independent, responsive judiciary by providing officers of the courts with educational programs and other tools that enable them to perform at their highest level.
Greenville native H. Mills Gallivan is known for being determined, thorough, and well-prepared. These qualities have served him and his clients well during his 31 years as a civil defense trial attorney, mediator and arbitrator. They have also motivated him to take active leadership roles in professional and community organizations. In addition to the NFJE, his long list of service includes: President of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys' Association, Vice President on the Board of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC ), Chairman of the Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the South Carolina Bar Association, Commissioner and Vice Chair for City of Greenville Planning Commission, President of the Mardi Gras Charity Ball of Greenville, and 28 years of service in the Rotary Club of Greenville including his current position of President and Chairman of Rotary Charities, Inc. He is perennially featured as one of the Best Lawyers in America and is a lifetime member of the National Registry of Who's Who.
