Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. is pleased to announce that Jared Pretulak has joined the firm as an associate.  Pretulak's practice is focused exclusively on the defense of workers compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurance carriers, self-insured corporations, third party administrators, and claims servicing agencies.

Pretulak received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina. He earned his law degree at the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of the Student Bar Association and served as Editor-in-Chief of the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business. 

Pretulak joins the firm's Worker's Compensation Practice Group.  Together, the Group has 91 years of combined experience in defending workers compensation claims.  Team members are listed in both Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers.
