Paul Greene is a member of the firm's Business and Commercial Litigation Law group, where he focuses on insurance coverage, construction litigation, healthcare & benefits and business and commercial litigation. Greene also has extensive experience resolving workers' compensation matters for GWB's healthcare clients. Before attending law school, Greene worked for three years as a legislative staffer for a congressman in Washington, D.C. Greene has served as the President of the Young Lawyers Division of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association,  is a member of the Board of Directors for TreesGreenville and is involved with the Young Philanthropists program for the United Way of Greenville County.
