Practice Areas
Background
Nicole Buntin practices in the firm's business and commercial litigation with an emphasis on insurance coverage matters and disputes arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA"). Outside of the office, she volunteers as a judge for the Greenville County School Systems Youth Courts program and the annual Southeast Regional Mock Trial Tournament, hosted by Furman University. She has, for the past several years, actively participated in numerous fundraising efforts for community organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Upstate and the Center for Developmental Services. In addition, through her envolvement with the Junior League of Greenville, Nicole has served as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, Shared Blessings and, currently, a Child's Haven.
