Background
Laura McDonald is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she worked on the South Carolina Environmental Law Journal. Following law school, McDonald gained valuable litigation experience during her tenure as law clerk to Twelfth Circuit Judge B. Hicks Harwell, Jr. With a keen interest in toxic tort and pharmaceutical and medical device cases, McDonald's practice at GWB focuses on complex litigation and mass torts. She is a member of DRI and South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association.
