John D. Hudson, Jr.

John Hudson is a member of the Insurance Practice Group and the Business and Commercial Law Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on a broad range of litigation matters. John represents local, regional, and national companies and business entities, as well as individuals, in state and federal courts.  He has served as lead counsel on several multi-million dollar wrongful death and survival claims.  John also performs a significant amount of insurance coverage work, in the construction arena especially. John conducts seminars on various topics related to insurance, legal ethics, and medical record confidentiality. John is also a former member of the United Way of the Midlands' Young Leaders Society Steering Committee.
