Background
During one point in her career, Jennifer Eubanks once tried four cases to verdict in less than five months. Having a solid background in trial work, she now focuses on insurance coverage and appellate practice at GWB. She primarily represents insurance clients with interpretation of personal and commercial auto, property and liability policies and frequently litigates coverage questions, extra-contractual and bad faith cases. Eubanks has authored a number of articles in the areas of insurance and trial practice, and was the regional co-editor and author of the South Carolina section of the original edition of the DRI Bad Faith Compendium, as well as the co-author of the South Carolina section of the second edition of this publication.
