Practice Areas
Background
After three decades as a trial lawyer, James Brice admits that trying cases is the best part of practicing law. He also acknowledges that he is fortunate to have had the opportunity to try many cases in South Carolina state and federal courts during a period when many companies wanted their cases tried. As a result of these experiences, Brice brings a great deal of value and historical perspective to the table in representing his clients, whether in litigation or alternative dispute resolution.
