Background
Matt Whitehead majored in Human Resources Management and Marketing at the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business. That business and law combination is ideal for Whitehead's focus on business litigation and commercial transportation. The Hartsville, South Carolina native graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2005. In law school, he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review and Phi Alpha Delta. Whitehead is currently active in the Greenville County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He also is a member of the young professional's division of the Greenville Kiwanis Club. He is the author of "Conservation in South Carolina: Achieving Maximum Effectiveness, a Brief Survey of the South Carolina Conservation Community and the Business of Environmental Advocacy."
