Background

Prior to attending law school, Couch worked in financial sales for four years, which taught him the importance of taking care of the client's needs. He is a cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and Order of the Wig and Robe. He served as Associate Editor in Chief of the South Carolina Law Review and was the recipient of the Arthur B. Custy Tax Award.
