Attorneys at our Greenville, SC, Columbia, SC, and Charlotte, NC offices have extensive experience handling a variety of matters, including personal, commercial, excess and umbrella policies. The Team’s expertise includes all aspects of insurance defense and insurance law including both first and third party claims.

The Insurance Coverage Team specializes in handling litigated first party claims and bad faith claims, as well as assisting in the investigation and handling of pre-suit claims involving property losses, fire and theft losses, arson and potentially fraudulent claims. Team members practice in all state and federal courts, and give insurance coverage advice and opinions to clients in situations where lawsuits have not yet been filed.
