The Healthcare and Benefits Team represents healthcare providers including professionals and facilities, health plans, employers, third-party administrators and others in a wide variety of healthcare litigation matters as well as insurers providing life, health and accidental death coverage.

The Healthcare and Benefits Team includes experienced litigation attorneys at our firm, led by Luanne Runge, who have handled numerous cases including class actions, arbitrations, contract actions, reimbursement disputes, bad faith actions, actions relating to fiduciary responsibilities, and actions involving the administration of employee benefit plans.

Additionally, the Healthcare and Benefits Team assists with actions for benefits under ERISA. Handling all stages of ERISA litigation and other benefits disputes, the attorneys at our firm advise clients on matters ranging from action prevention through appeals.

The Team also provides representation in licensing and regulatory matters, transactions, and counseling to assist clients in avoiding litigation.
