Grayson Smith Chosen to Serve on the Executive Committee of the Charleston County Bar Association
Charleston, SC – Gallivan White Boyd is pleased to announce attorney A. Grayson Smith, a partner in the firm’s Charleston office, has been chosen as a member of the Charleston County Bar Association’s Executive Committee. The Charleston County Bar Association is a nonprofit organization committed to promoting ethics and education within Charleston County’s legal community as well as assisting the public through outreach programs and service projects. The Charleston County Bar Association’s Executive Committee is comprised of 14 members, including the President, President-Elect, Secretary/Treasurer, and Immediate Past President.
Grayson is no stranger to service to clients, the legal profession, and the community. Grayson is sensitive to the needs of those constituencies and works tirelessly to ensure timely and appropriate communication whether it is to a client or to the community about a project with which he is involved. Within the Charleston community, Grayson is a past recipient of Charleston Business Magazine’s Legal Elite of the Lowcountry, a member of the 2019 class of Leadership Charleston, and the Treasurer of the Charleston Forum. Within his practice, Grayson has tried to conclusion a variety of cases over the past 12 years. He regularly represents individuals, small businesses, insurers, self-insured corporations, and third-party risk managers in complex litigation involving tort liability, contract disputes, and risk management issues.
