John T. Lay, Jr. has over 20 years of experience managing complex high-stakes litigation. John T. has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America in six categories and is listed in South Carolina Super Lawyers Top 25. He has served with distinction in other professional organizations in the legal profession including as a member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Defense Counsel, as past president of South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association, and as the current President-Elect of the South Carolina Chapter of American Board of Trial Advocates.
