Smith has developed a niche in electronic discovery and assists clients in the development and implementation of corporate document management programs. She is admitted to practice in South Carolina and in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, where she successfully argued MM v. School District of Greenville County. Smith graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law and from Furman University, where she was cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa while majoring in Business Administration.
