Corporate and Business Planning and Real Estate

The Corporate and Business Planning and Real Estate Law Team at our firm is led by Todd Davidson. The Team counsels and represents clients concerning the formation and operation of businesses as corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships and other business entities.

Attorneys prepare operating agreements, partnership agreements, and stock buy-sell agreements, and negotiate contracts for most any type of business transaction. The Team also advises clients on all aspects of franchising transactions.

The Team has extensive experience representing individuals, corporate entities, developers, and financial institutions in real estate law and finance matters. Members negotiate and prepare sales contracts, lease agreements, and loan agreements. They represent purchasers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions, and lenders and borrowers in loan transactions. The Team also assists in the development of real estate projects such as subdivisions, condominiums, townhomes, and shopping centers.
