Howard Boyd, leader of the GWB Business and Commercial Law Group, and the attorneys in this group combine a depth of trial experience with substantive expertise in resolving sophisticated business disputes before and after lawsuits are filed as well as in the representation of clients in transactions.

The litigators in the Business and Commercial Law group at our firm have handled complex litigation for businesses in a variety of industries, including health care, insurance, telecommunications, securities, finance, construction and manufacturing. They have served as statewide counsel and lead class action counsel in state and federal courts, and are experienced in advising clients on electronic discovery matters.
