Background
Brad Gower is a member of the Business and Commercial Group. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University. Brad earned his law degree at the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Wig and Robe. He served as Senior Student Works Editor for the South Carolina Law Review, in which his article, "Discoverability of Private Investigator Surveillance in South Carolina: Navigating the Work Product Doctrine Under Samples v. Mitchell" was published. Prior to law school, Brad worked as a finance analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina.
