Under the leadership of Jennifer Johnsen, the Banking, Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Team at the firm represents banks, thrifts, and their holding companies, specializes in bank formation, capital formation, general regulatory matters, commercial lending and problem asset workouts. Team members have extensive experience handling all aspects of complex banking and financial litigation.

Members of the Banking, Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Team have represented financial institutions in numerous litigation matters including lender liability actions. Additionally, the Team devotes its time to representing lenders, financial institutions and business as creditors in bankruptcy actions. The Team performs collections services for its clients and is involved in negotiating workout agreements on behalf of its clients.
