Tyler L. Martin is a litigation attorney practicing in the firm’s Charlotte, North Carolina office. A significant portion of his practice focuses on several areas of complex litigation including appellate representation, commercial litigation, construction defect litigation, commercial transportation litigation, railroad litigation and catastrophic injury litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Tyler served as a law clerk to the Honorable Phil Berger, Jr. of the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
Tyler counsels clients from initial claim evaluation through litigation, mediation, and appeal. He regularly represents clients in all phases of the litigation process in state and federal court.
Tyler received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and earned his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law. At Wake Forest, Tyler served as the Articles Editor of the Wake Forest Law Review and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
