Caroline Barrineau is an attorney practicing workers’ compensation defense in the firm’s Charlotte, North Carolina, office. Her workers’ compensation defense practice centers on the defense of employers, insurance carriers, self-insured corporations, third party administrators, and claims servicing agencies in all stages of the litigation process. Caroline counsels clients from initial claim evaluation through litigation, mediation, and appeal. She advises clients in numerous areas of job-related injury claims including:

Caroline is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law where she was the Managing Editor of the First Amendment Law Review. Prior to receiving her Juris Doctor from UNC, Caroline attended the University of Georgia earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology cum laude.
