Caroline Barrineau is an associate in the firm’s Charlotte, North Carolina, office. Her practice includes all aspects of civil litigation, including commercial litigation, transportation law and litigation, design and construction, including construction defect litigation, products liability, premises liability, insurance law, and general negligence. She has a background in workers’ compensation defense where she gained experience with medical issues that prove invaluable in her litigation practice such as occupational exposure, orthopedic injuries, psychiatric/psychological overlay and repetitive trauma.
Caroline is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law where she was the Managing Editor of the First Amendment Law Review. Prior to receiving her Juris Doctor from UNC, Caroline attended the University of Georgia earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology cum laude.
Client satisfaction being a top priority for Caroline, she believes communicating with clients on a regular basis to insure that the goals of the litigation match the client’s goals is critical to attaining a high level of client satisfaction.
