Biography

Amity Edmonds is an associate practicing workers’ compensation defense out of the firm’s Greenville, South Carolina, office.  She represents employers, insurers, self-insured entities, and third-party administrators in the defense of an array of workers’ compensation issues.  Often Amity represents clients in the following industries:

  • Retail
  • Transportation: Trucking
  • Staffing and Employment Agencies
  • Long-Term Healthcare Facilities

Amity’s legal experience has also allowed her to defend matters involving many different types of work-related injuries. These claims frequently include:

Prior to practicing law, Amity had a successful career in sales and management. Through that experience, she learned the importance of effective and consistent communication for client satisfaction.
