Amber Dorrell is a partner in GWB’s Charlotte, North Carolina, office. Licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, Amber represents employers, insurance carriers, self-insured corporations, third party administrators, and claims servicing agencies in the defense of workers compensation claims. Amber has had the privilege of representing large, self-insured corporations, as well as family owned businesses and insurance carriers.  She is capable of handling the diverse needs of clients with various backgrounds and differing concerns.

Amber handles claims at all stages of the litigation process, from initial evaluation through appeal. In addition, she routinely advises her clients on pre-litigation issues that can greatly impact claims, such as compensability determinations and medical management.

Amber advises and represents employers in numerous industries including:

Additionally, Amber handles all types of workers’ compensation matters, from routine orthopaedic injuries to brain injury and death claims.
