Allyson Twilley is a complex litigation attorney practicing out of the firm’s Greenville, South Carolina, office. Allyson centers her practice on the drug and medical device, products liability, and toxic and mass torts practice areas. As a complex litigation attorney, Allyson has the ability to represent clients in both federal and state courts.
Allyson represents products liability and toxic tort clients in the defense of matters involving alleged defects in the design, production, or distribution of items in the following industries:

Allyson’s legal background is as impressive as her legal skill. She worked as a staff attorney for the South Carolina Court of Appeals before serving as a law clerk for Chief Judge James E. Lockemy. While serving the court and Chief Judge Lockemy, Allyson researched and drafted bench memoranda and opinions on various issues of criminal and civil law as well as conferred with the judge regarding legal questions. She also reviewed motions and petitions for rehearing, researched relevant case law, and prepared court orders.
Understanding the importance of exceptional client service is a key facet to Allyson’s law practice. Allyson works to understand the needs of her clients as well as their expectations. She then uses her attention to detail and refined communication skills to ensure those expectations are met.
