Johnston Cox is a shareholder of the firm and a member of the Business and Commercial Law Practice Group and the Insurance Practice Group.  Johnston represents insurance companies; residential and commercial builders and contractors; municipalities; and local, regional and national retail establishments in a broad range of disputes.  He has represented insurance companies in multi-million  dollar class action suits and declaratory judgment actions concerning coverage issues.
